OCR MATS

OCR MATS — ANATOMY

Flexible core of the mat is a multi-layer construction of appropriately selected types and density of PE, PUR and RG foams.

Sides and corners of the mats, reinforced with highly elastic RG foam.​

Core of the mat is permanently connected to the fabric.​​

Bottom of the mat is a special reinforced anti-slip fabric.​

Cover of the mat is made of durable fabric. PVC coated — No phthalates.​​

DYNAMIC PLATFORMS

Landing platforms made of durable and strong non-slip fabric with a special texture. The core of the platform is made of elastic and dynamic PE foam. The fabric is permanently connected to the core of the mat, which prevents the formation of folds and wrinkles on the surface of the platform.

Dynamic core

The core of the platforms is PE foam with a closed cell structure, thanks to which the core of the mat is resilient and flexible.

VELCRO®

All combined into one stable structure using VELCRO® systems with red marking lines.

Red marking lines according to the requirements of the UIPM Federation — in the axis of the stage construction.

STAGE TRUSS COVERS

Covers for vertical truss elements. Made of strong and durable PVC coated fabric. The core is a highly flexible. PUR foam 25 kg/m3. The covers are waterproof + Velcro®.
